1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Daily 3: Simple To-Do List (“Daily 3”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provided by WalkerNight, handles information when you use the app.

Daily 3 is a simple productivity app that lets you choose up to three daily priorities, mark tasks as complete, review your history, and view on-device progress insights.

2. Information we collect

Daily 3 does not require an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, financial information, or other personal information.

We do not operate a server that receives your task content. We do not collect or transmit your task names, completion history, usage statistics, or app preferences.

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores information that you create—such as tasks, completion status, history, and preferences—locally on your device so that the app can function.

This locally stored information is not sent to WalkerNight. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Depending on your device settings, Android or your device manufacturer may include app data in a device backup. Such backups are controlled by you and the relevant platform provider, not by WalkerNight.

4. Notifications

If Daily 3 offers reminders and you enable them, the app may request permission to display notifications. Reminder scheduling and notification content are handled on your device. Daily 3 does not use notifications to collect personal information or deliver advertising.

You can change notification permissions at any time in your device’s Android settings.

5. Advertising, analytics, and third-party services

Daily 3 does not display advertisements and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google may process technical, security, or diagnostic information under Google’s own terms and privacy policy as part of operating Google Play and Android. That processing is controlled by Google and is not data collected by Daily 3.

6. Children’s privacy

Daily 3 does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because no account is required and no personal information is collected by us, the app does not build profiles about children.

7. Data security and retention

Because Daily 3 does not transmit your task information to us, we do not retain it on our servers. Your locally stored app information is protected by the security controls of your device and operating system.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure. We recommend using your device’s available security features and keeping Android up to date.

8. Your choices and rights

Since WalkerNight does not receive or retain personal information through Daily 3, we generally do not hold personal data that can be accessed, corrected, exported, or deleted on our systems.

You remain in control of information stored locally in the app. You may edit or delete tasks in the app, clear the app’s local storage, disable notifications, or uninstall Daily 3.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
